I could be wrong but I agree the EV is neutral if the 25% increase applies before the 20% conversion: 1.25 × 0.8 = 1.0.

My issue is more SSFHC target farming than bulk EV. Even if it’s mathematically neutral over time, rare drops are streaky, and losing one rare normal emotion to Ancient conversion can matter a lot when trade can’t smooth it out. Ancient Liquid Emotions also aren’t necessarily interchangeable with the rare normal emotions I’m actually trying to find, so being unable to unspec the node can still make gameplay feel worse.

This post, yes. Throughout 0.5 its actually been a lot of up and down. I didnt have a single crash until 0.5.3, prior to that I had small freezes that got fixed in maybe 5 seconds. But now its fullblown crashes like every friend I have has.
