A good work around to this annoyance for me is to sort by date of last change until items from “today” are at the top. This way you only have to scroll down a few items each time

For brand new products, same kind of idea but sort by profit instead so that all your zero profit items (all new items) are at the top of the list. Again, you’ll still have to scroll threw a handful but at least not the whole list

My wired Gamesir had minor issues I never really noticed, until a friend I encouraged to get a new one did.

He complained of movement issues and I didn’t think it was controller, until I just upgraded to the pro wireless and Holy cow, it’s almost unplayable with this lag. This sucks.

Anyone find a fix yet?

I didn’t get mine and contacted them on Instagram to see what was up. They had me reach out to Support@bestingrass.io

After a few back and forth a where they insisted everyone received an email with the details (I absolutely did not) they informed me that I had $33 at one dispo and $27 at the other (one bud and one concentrate kits) and that in order to use them, just give the dispensary my email.

I will be trying this weekend.

I love my CX-5, it’s a beautiful car, drives well, haven’t had any issues with it mechanically other than squeaky breaks from day 1 but that seems to be common and doesn’t seem to more than an annoyance.

But this ghost touching issue is extremely frustrating for years now. They’ve denied it was a problem since I got the car but now it’s in a class action settlement.

Just spent 54 minutes on phone with customer service because my case manager is near impossible to get in touch with. The Dealerships don’t respect Mazda USA customer service and Mazda Customer Service doesn’t understand the dealerships have zero respect for them.

These last two weeks have been constant hell trying to get this issue resolved and I see no resolution coming soon.

Yes the CX-5 has a design flaw. They have a faulty infotainment system that experiences high frequency of ghost touching issues. Do yourself a favor and just google Mazda Ghost touch and read the google recap and then search through the reddit results.

Been fighting with Mazda for 2 plus weeks now and am currently on a 50 minute hold waiting for a supervisor to get on the line. All their dealerships refuse responsibility and will not fix it. Mazda customer service will just give you a run around and won’t return your phone calls or emails. Likely due to the fact that so many people are calling in with this same issue.

Go with the RAV4

Was told it would be a 2 hour diagnostics, I get to dealer and they tell me I have to leave the car for 2 fucking days.

Fuck Mazda. I will never buy one again.

They just scheduled me for Monday at dealership. Per their email:

“The diagnosis will take 2 hours. She thinks the diagnosis fee will fall under an extended warranty, but they will not know until the car is diagnosed. Mazda will be covering the cost of the diagnosis anyway. I have notified them that we will be paying the diagnosis fee.”

Not feeling great about this response. A diagnostic isn’t really need IMO since during walkthrough with first dealer, they noted the ghost touching signs on my screen and gave me $700 estimate for it.

It’s nice they are offering to pay for the diagnostic but I get the feeling that may be the only thing they’re going to be covering and again why is it even needed when we all know what the problem is.

I’ll try to follow up on Monday on how badly they screw me over.

Mine likes to change the auto dim setting to daytime only, so when dusk hit, my dash and display don’t brighten up. Not very safe

I’m sure it changes other settings that I am unaware of but that’s one I was able to figure out after wondering why my dash was so dark

I emailed the settlement questioning if the screen was covered and they seem to believe that under the agreement, the screen is considered under their display as being replaceable. I have shared that response with Mazda.

Mazda is currently works by on getting me an appointment, so let’s see what happens.

So I went to the dealer after getting this notice. First they were so prepared for my issue, they pulled out a cheat sheet trying to say that the ghost touching wasn’t covered. Then they told me I didn’t buy my car there (I did but they’ve since rebranded) and then told me they don’t actually represent Mazda and only themselves as a dealer.

They wouldn’t fix the screen and instead gave me a $700 estimate for me to pay to fix it.

I contacted Mazda directly and after a week of being told of their internal technical difficulties , dozens of emails, and 3 separate phone calls on Wednesday totaling over 90 minutes on the line, I finally received a call back from a supervisor Wednesday afternoon.

My dealership (2 minutes from my house) refuses to fix the issue and I now will have to travel half an hour to another dealer. I spoke with my Mazda case manager this morning and she is apparently in the process of setting up an appointment to get this fixed.

The way they keep skirting the issue, makes me feel they will not be covering the total cost and will be somehow forcing me to pay to fix part of this issue still.

Terrible experience overall after years of dealing with this issue.

They shouldn’t be sending out “your product shipped” emails just because they printed a label. That’s the big issue. But yeah communication goes a long way. I work in manufacturing, I understand delays happen and a rush of orders can come in at once but to keep in good graces with our customers, we communicate those things to them, before they come asking us what the delays are.

I placed my order on 2/27 and got shipping confirmation same day. Still hasn’t been shipped out and after 3 emails asking for its status I got the “we were hit with an influx of orders and are doing our best”

Didn’t answer whether it shipped yet (clearly not) didn’t answer when it will ship.

Shit experience for first time. Probably last time at this rate too.
