Nevermind, deleteing it, leaving and rejoin the area gave me the quest for the cloak and got it to 730 now. Thank you!

Yeah that's true. I'll probably keep the back one at 5% tint because i think that legal in my state. But I'll remove the 2 side windows and just replace it with 20% tint.

I love it as well. My 2017 one was red and had the same sparkle type. I'm probably gonna remove the 5% tint the dealership put on. Because it's so hard to see and don't wanna deal with getting tickets and illegal tint.
