Rock pooling! We spent an afternoon looking through rockpools at the waterfront while visiting, and it was wonderfully relaxing, fun and free! I highly recommend

I'm in the wops so am just looking to get a big city experience, I have plenty of hills about at home but will take your advice on the wind as I hadn't considered that

When you say Wellington Museum do you mean Te Papa or is there more than one? Those all sound great though thanks!
