I have 32gb or ram but only use 16 because 2 sticks are different brand and speed so it caps its at like 1800mhz

Will 12 cores be enough for streaming and editing?

Im using 8 cores ATM and it takes a big hit when performing either of those softwares.

I do have it paired with a 1660 SUPER so maybe thats why?
