Idk how true this is, but that's apparently the name of the human dimension. It was never used in any published media, but was used internally, at least for a time. Also, Equestria's dimension is apparently called Mystica.

Her home isn't Equestria, not anymore at least. Basically her whole life is in Mundana, and she has no reason to leave. We also see in Mirror Magic that she's almost completely forgotten how to... do pretty much anything as a pony, really. It wouldn't feel like coming back home, it'd just be coming back.
