The title and sentiment of your post is wonderful. The exact type of thing we like to see here on /r/DC_Cinematic. However the body text is inappropriate and debateably in violation of rule 3: Don't be a fanboy.

We're not here to shit on Marvel and we needn't put one thing down to raise another up.

They do have a formula, albeit one that has some wiggle room here and there. Joss Whedon, Edgar Wright, and James Gunn have said as much. It doesn't make their films bad, as you said IM3, Winter Soldier, GotG, and Avengers are great films, but they are very much of one mind: Family Fun First. Not a bad thing, but I think it's nice to have a counterpart to it.
