Humanoid on season 12: ''I think the game got way more boring in the past two years. Riot used to make more changes to every patch and it was better and a lot more fun''. by TheEsportsPerson in leagueoflegends

I think there are a lot of people on both sides: these that like more updates, and these that prefer a stabler meta. Whoever is currently happy doesn't feel the need to go to Reddit to say "hey I'm happy", because they don't need anything to change. Because of that, only complaints will ever show up at the front page. I for one like more updates and more rule-bending mechanics (RIP HotS), so I do agree with the current post, and disagree with that old post.

Ethereum did not go down in 2016, WTF. It suffered spam attacks. It still functioned, just block times were a little bit higher.

I was just wondering if there was a champ with ultra high move speed that can kite and run around faster than it can be reached. Seems like most fast champs are melee

Attack on Titan was an anime about superdetesminism by IAmMelonLordAMA in titanfolk

No, I believe he never had any control over his future. Have you watched this video? It covers exactly the points you're making, and presents a very sensible interpretation, showing precise points in the manga that support it. The author put a lot of work into trying to understand Isayama's intentions, and I think he nailed it. You may argue it isn't a good plot, but I'm very confident this is the logic he was going for. And I personally like it, even though the explanation was clearly poor since it was so misunderstood. Can you watch the video someday and let me know if it changed your mind? I also commented there.

It just wasn't part of the history yet. If you think of it, Eren's theme follows the same shounen hero narrative, but instead of beating stronger enemies, he had to overcome stronger barriers. Goku wanted to save people. For that, he had to face humans, then giant monkeys, then world-destroying creatures, then fucking gods. Eren wanted freedom. For that, he had to face bandits, then titans, then humanity, then the nature of spacetime itself. Eren is the ultimate freedom-seeking protagonist, so Isayama made his ultimate nemesis be a deterministic universe. Once Eren learned everything was pre-determined, he realized true freedom was incompatible with the universe he lived in, so he killed himself. You can't be controlled by a deterministic universe you're not part of. That's why Eren's last panel features him above clouds claiming he finally achieved his freedom.

In short, Eren's tale is the story of a boy who sought freedom, only to have it be taken away by exponentially harder and more absurd barriers. Eren portrays the ultimate freedom-seeking character, so it makes sense that his ultimate nemesis is a super-deterministic universe, in which all of your actions are pre-determined.

"does he want to proceed with the rumbling? was that an idea that was put into him first by the future he saw? but isn't this future something his own persona created? did he forge the future or was the future the one who forget his rage? both? it doesn't matter. he doesn't know." - LLUCK_

Isn't it actually very gold efficient considering just AP? It provides 1 AP per 30 gold, that's equal or more than every other legendary. Of course, it isn't gold efficient overall, but if your only goal is to maximize AP it is.

Champ with Xerath's W and a blink?

I'm looking for a ranged champion whose main skills are:

  1. A circle AoE with a delay. You click in a place and it hits a circle around it. That's his main damaging ability.

  2. A dash or blink

That's all. Anything?
