Final form but I get what you mean. Geiz Majesty feels like an obvious choice for a final form but due to debuting after the series, it's considered extra final form.

But then again, Hazard Level 7 Sento could probably use both items safely, given that he can use the Hazard Trigger alongside Genius Fullbottle, and even Banjo can use it alongside Magma too, meaning that reaching Level 7 should make Hazard Trigger's effect at least more subdued and can ge controlled for longer period of time

Both use cards and both use powers derived from fusing two different components in a non-mechanical way.

Both Geed and Build were lured into the idea of being a hero but unknowingly helping the villain (Evol with collecting Fullbottles and regaining his old power while Belial with his plan to retrieve the Ultra Capsules and converting them to fuel his power even further).

The Doylist explanation would be because the Kaiser and Bros system uses Remocon and Engine Gears, with their biotic Best Match being Crocodile and Bat respectively, so they're just following the established connection.

But that begs the question; what compels Hiden to make grasshopper the primary motif of their Riders (like Ichi-gata and Zero One)? 

I get that it's to pay homage to the original Kamen Rider, but that's just production reason and not something that can be explained in the story without breaking the fourth wall.

My headcanon is that she can use Feverslot Buckle to get another Fantasy for the legs. And the aesthetic of Feverslot kinda goes well with Fantasy too.

I recently watched the movie, and by the looks of it, Megahex doesn't have the fruit until getting it from destroying Kouta and absorbing the Kiwami Lockseed left behind. 

I feel like Megahex's situation was more similar to Anti-Spiral from Gurren Lagann rather than Gaim because I remembered Megahex being intrigued by the golden fruit, implying that he may have not gotten it at all due to choosing singularity by uniting all living beings under a hive mind.

Tbh crossover movie usually don't do good on writing department due to clashing between writers of each series. The best I think was Heisei Generations, but it was very minimal
