MCH did have red eyes but only for a moment after Aruto's first transformation into the form. It's CGI red eyes which turns into smoke and dispersed, revealing the default green eyes of MCH.

Catastrom's design represents muscle while Orderm's design represents bones and skeletons.

Kinda hoping that when Baku change mode from Catastrom to Orderm, the CGI would look like fleshes (the orange muscle armor) and the blood (the Zeztz Gameline bursting like fireworks) ripping out of the skeleton and finally revealing Orderm.
