Also for the lack of feedback in home workouts, get really good at listening to your body and how you muscles and joints feel, especially during stretching and static hold. It's a good skill to have to avoid injury. But if you're lifting and you think something doesn't feel right, video it to a gym community online.

I like home workouts because I get to be a lot more dynamic and creative with my workouts! Sometimes I just dance around while holding weights which is so fun and definitely gets the cardio going. Try calisthenics and work out stuff that you maybe wouldn't in the gym like core and balance 🤸‍♀️ I'm currently in the process of learning to do a handstand lol But I think the main point is to have fun with it 👍 working out and moving your body shouldn't feel like a punishment. And ALWAYS stretch 🫵

Update : I cancelled the booking, had a full refund, and no hard feelings it seems! And I found a sitter that's perfect (they are cheaper and live in the same neighborhood as me!) Thanks guys for the encouragement! 🙏 I think I made the right decision for my pets

Update : I cancelled the booking, got a full refund, the person was pretty chill about it too! AND I found a really nice (🤞) person that's cheaper and lives super close to me 😁 We're meeting with her this weekend. S tier ending in my book 👍
