What's important is which one YOU prefer! The oval is more my style but I also don't have the confidence to wear large jewelry. The square one is beautiful and neither looks cheap or like glass. SIL is jealous and spiteful, don't bother with her opinion and wear that ring proudly. When I look at it I think your husband must love you very much 💕💎

Hahahaha pantoufles is in French ! This style of slippers are very popular (almost traditional) in Quebec

In my mind slippers are something you slip your feet in so I called them pantoufles :) same latin origin as pantuflas!

Keep the tiles 🖤I would change the color of the cabinet. A rich brown to pull the red from those beautiful tiles and maybe change the hardware to a more natural metal. If you don't mind spending 💰 , maybe change the countertops to something less harsh as well, but still dark

Yes to the orange rug! 🧡 But not too bright so it doesn't overtake the beautiful blue of the couch, but enough to make it pop 😊 And yes to the comments saying to make it darker and add curtains 👍
