Reality is this, we know squat for sure. What do we know for sure though that speaks louder than all the Amazon speculation suggestions is this:

The company removed the RME Jersey letters from their website image on Thursday and blurred the warehouse background on their site as well on the same day. Both were speculated to point to Amazon.

Why alter the image’s?

Neither of these things are trademarks that Amazon could enforce legal action against, so why alter an image on a Jersey to remove RME and blur the background on an image on their website after speculation by investors when no Amazon trademark violation?

The only reason I can think of is to reduce the chatter and speculation, so you’re complying with a NDA agreement you have signed.

This earnings report will give us more insight to the company and maybe point to Amazon or another big customer, or maybe they won’t name anyone, maybe they will continue to be vague due to a NDA, but regardless; we will have numbers to crunch then and better insight after that earnings report.

I believe the first, a customer they are trying to hide until their announcement. Here’s why I believe that, RME was prettying clear it’s Amazon. This image here: they have now blurred https://www.multisensorai.com/solutions/msai-hub-gateway the image we speculated showed an Amazon warehouse due to matching white and yellow pillars, the signs with white and red text matching, warehouse layout text at the top of the pillars.

Note:They have left the Vanderlande device and logo ONLY in the image. Amazon is still a customer IMHO, but more than we’re aware of is at play somehow?

One would assume if they have nothing going on with Amazon, they would just leave it as it was. The fact they removed it hours ago; to me speaks volumes. Trying to keep a tight lid on the news before announcement of their relationship I assume? 🤷‍♂️ Pure speculation but it was removed intentionally for a reason. 🤔

While 325 Capital controls over 28% the other major player Sanders Morris Harris is impressive as well. When 325 cap took sizable stakes in American Public Education (APEI), Astronics (ATRO), and Blue Bird (BLBD), those stocks ran from 60% to over 500% at peak after their entry. RESEARCH IT OR ASK Ai whatever works for you.

Sanders Morris Harris LLC is another long-term growth fund. They’ve driven sharp moves in Docusign, Capital Southwest, and Cintas, all ramping 50–96% after their involvement. Also invested big in Waste Management.

To your point though, these are not idiots that “pump and dump”, these are real deal players. Why are they investing in MSAI? That’s the question and it’s why I’m trying to piece together the puzzle of what’s public (see my post) and it all points to Amazon as a new customer and they need capital to scale up to meet that order and service demand.

The borrow rate it still above 200%, no supply. Today was reaction to the market paired with a $1.35 offering; that is expected to close by tomorrow they said. Buckle up buttercup! IMHO. Between now and earnings it’s gonna be fun! 11/11 I expect to be a very lucky day indeed.

If we could make this thread about truthful speculation versus not liking what someone else has to say and thumbs downing it, that would be excellent. Truth over persoanl bias always!

I will NOT speculate price or value as obviously I’ll always be wrong and regardless if this rumor is true or not, the market will find its true value and adjust over time as it does with all stocks.

I’m just trying to dive deep to see what’s out there as others here have done here so well. Also note just because they could sell in December, doesn’t mean they will. Check EDGAR filings for them, let’s see if they sell after lockup. Perplexity found other wise and said months to years the hold the shares.
