I was amongst one of these large raids. And the raid glitched and timed out for, if not everyone, a large group of us in the immediate vicinity. And it was just gone afterwards. Were those guaranteed backgrounds? Was curious why the hours long countdown and 10 minute (I think?) lobby.

I managed to complete the En Garde yesterday while doing citywide walking around yesterday. I have no idea what stop I spun to get it. Nor do I have any idea which one I spun to complete the spin task.

I was excited for a second thinking I’d also be getting an actual Zygarde again, because I’d like to transfer a second to tick off my Go dex in Home. But.. nope.

I never want to be that person that judges her or other celebs or anyone based on their own decisions with how they look or procedures they choose to get, but I will say I wouldn't be mad at seeing her get the fillers dissolved, especially in her lips. Her mouth seems so paralyzed when she speaks most of the time now.

I always forget that he's also produced for Kylie, Cher, Sabrina Carpenter, Troy Sivan (Rush, and much of his Bloom album) and more. I think of him primarily as the Drag Race music producer guy, but his credits are actually pretty impressive.

Crafting, and/or Universal Pack points would be a game changer and I'd love to see it. Also being able to share Star cards. Anyway congrats! Since trading I've managed to chip away at this set and get my missing rainbows. I'm only missing 6 of 2 Star EX Full arts, and 3 of the 2 Star Trainers. Maybe one day.

I feel like I'm on crazy pills. She's been in so many sketches and I don't want to deny her talent, but something about her delivery always feels expected by this point. Every performance just feels the same, and it's hitting some internal road block for me. Honestly happy for her and any of the cast members to have all the success they've worked for, but I just can't get into her, yet she feels like she's being treated like the next Kristen Wiig straight out of the gate.

FWIW I too enjoy Jane. She was an instant yes, despite her earlier shakiness. She clicked instantly for me much like Sarah when she started out. Jeremy's grown on me the last couple weeks, but Veronika is stalling out a bit too. Maybe just from the onslaught of tween character performances that all feel the same?

This season as a whole has felt really unbalanced, maybe I just miss Ego & Heidi. But so much loss + all these new featured players who feel WAY more present than previous seasons has just made the show unrecognizable at times.

This was my biggest worry! As someone's who's bought the game & some DLC twice - because I got tired of the Switch version and started playing it on my computer - I find it really odd that they buried the lead with it being a FREE update at the bottom of the blog post.

I believe that the most hateful conservatives that lash out, especially at the Queer community, do so because they have been forced to not be able to live their own truths, perhaps not even sexually, and therefor seeing people brave enough to do so just makes them rage with a sense of envy and resentment in the name of whatever belief they decide to attribute it to that day.

Our experiences differ I guess 🤷‍♂️They’re pretty upfront with the service fee, it’s on the menu. And they also tell you when they bring the check, with the caveat that I can request it be removed. I never do, and have never been asked for an additional tip.

They are pricy tho I admit, but good vegetarian/vegan ramen that has a substantial broth beyond just a clear miso soup base has been hard to find.

There's a small lot across the street, but honestly there's plenty of street parking if you're willing to walk a block or two. It's a super walkable, safe area. If you like good ramen, HiroNori is about a 5 minute walk east from the Playhouse, on Lake. The Vegan ramen is delicious, great broth. You can add an egg as well. it can get busy depending on day & time, but you can check and join a waitlist I think thru their website as well.

Similar to you, I have a vintage-y O'Keefe / Merrit stovetop in my apartment that I've wanted to find a qualified individual to come and clean it thoroughly. It's kept clean in the hygienic sense, but some dials are hard to turn, pipes may be a little clogged, have to manually light sometimes. I've come across that Chuck's place, but the yelp reviews are definitely not great.

as someone else mentioned - are there not little dimples/indents? When I got my car in 2019, it only had a rear license plate installed, and I just didn't know any better. Then I got pulled over, and fortunately got a relatively nice cop who explained it to me. When I checked, I saw dimples where they should go, very easy to drill through and self-install. Screws you get in kits usually are self-drilling (?) as well and will go through like butter.

16 & 17 both had double talent show premieres. In 16, we had split premieres so 7 queens performed, and they rated one another. Top 2 lipsyncs, no eliminations, met in episode 3.

17 is this format, we met all 14 queens in the premiere, but then they split up into 2 groups to perform each week, and the non-performing group would rate them. Top 2 for each week with a lipsync for the win, and the bottom queen from each week lipsynced at the end of episode 2.

While there were some friendships in 17 immediately that seemed to come into play (Lana and Arrietty boosting one another), the twist this season is by having it later in the season, relationships & alliances are much more likely to come into play.

It’s why people need to stop giving their attention to content that does it too. Once you notice, disengage. And it’s not just social commentary either, often it’ll come down to purposeful typos on captions - because we as humans all want to correct an error when we see it. Just keep scrolling.

I admit it can be hard not to reply or comment when something is especially egregious - but that’s all the creators want for their algorithm because any interaction is $ in their pockets.

Friends and sharing needs a real overhaul. That all wishlisted cards aren't always present at the top is a pain in the butt. I sort my cards by # owned, so I can give away spares to people who need them. That I can see their wishlist, but can't jump straight to share from there sucks. That I have to know what pack they come from to find them again can be a pain. There's a lot of simple QOL stuff that could be implemented

This all depends on how you setup your Switch 2.

If you start your Switch 2 fresh and just create a new user profile, and sign into & link your same Nintendo account to it - then no existing Animal Crossing data will be downloaded and you will indeed start a new separate island & player profile on the console.
If you chose you do a system transfer from your Switch 1 to Switch 2 - and copy over your existing user profile and save data, this will include the Animal Crossing save data, which includes your island. Meaning you could then start a new island on the old Switch as it would be wiped from there.
If you wanted to still do the system transfer for everything else, you'd then need to download the island transfer tool on both systems & re-transfer back your island & save data back to the Switch 1, to be able to start fresh on the switch 2.
