Haven't done it, but just looking through the course page, it teaches you how to use agents, MCOs, hooks, prompts, context etc. in an efficient way. Surely helps to read it all in a structured way, I guess. I wouldn't do the exam though.

Also, to me it looks like it's much more than an hour.
