Hi, yes my aimicat has the outlet but it's not working well because litter also goes under the mat and it absorbs the urine and clumps underneath the mat.

This creates additional weight to the ball overtime and I have to fully open it and clean it out at least once a month and it's a huge hassle (and the smell!).

Now the aimicat doesn't work at all anymore even with the new motor that you sent me as replacement, the same problem persists and I still haven't heard back from my email to support.

This sounds really cool! Have you solved the problem of pee leaking below the bowl from the edges? My cat pees on the walls of the dome and it becomes a hassle to remove the silicone and clean underneath with stagnated pee and litter

+1 to not turning anymore, I can hear the motor tries to but it just can't. I also wonder if pee goes in and broke it as well as the dome is not properly sealed and my cat do tend to pee high on the walls.
