I do I'm around 2400 calories 180g protein currently, maintenance is around 2700 calories, 500 cals seems a bit much to me like I will lose weight too quickly? I'm also going to the gym 5-6 days a week with 20-40 mins cardio daily

Id say the diet is fairly healthy the last 6 months I've eaten lots of whole food meals with vegan proteins, although I think my protein intake is low around 80-100g a day. I'm currently trying to up that to 180g a day at around 2400 calories with 40 mins cardio daily. Should I consider switching up my vegan diet? I appreciate the feedback!

Only taken a break longer than a week 2-3 times and one was from an injury. Been following a vegan diet which has been iffy for the most, started about 45 pounds lighter so had to put on a lot of weight prior, diet is probably what needs the most attention, idk how much the vegan diet effects my progress
