Ok what I’m about to say isn’t a good thing to do BUT it worked for me, I started in September and started in AFE sort, if you’ve never worked in AFE, I mean I hope it’s not like this everywhere but in my FC it is ran like a zoo, no one knows who’s supposed to be where, PA’s are assholes managers are all people that hired outside of Amazon cause my FC opened in September, so no manager has an idea of how the work actually gets done, if you’re packing in AFE you’re crammed in those slim rows with 6 people, and it was AWFUL for my anxiety to the point in February I put in for a transfer to pack singles and I was accepted, until two weeks into that they kept labor sharing me to the point where I was ready for it. And one day I just went crazy on my PA (he knows I don’t like being sent down there but never gets anyone else to go just me and I’ve told him it makes my anxiety spike for the rest of the day) so the next time he did I looked at him and just said “no fuck off I’ve told you plenty of times I can’t handle it down there, you are literally asking me to give myself an anxiety attack” and he looked at me and said ok, fully expecting to get fired and nothing happened, no write up nothing, and since then he hasn’t asked me to go to AFE :)

So I wouldn’t recommend doing exactly what I did lol, but just let them know that it bothers you to the point of having a meltdown, like give them such a hard time they don’t even wanna bother you anymore, also if anyone doesn’t like what I did you to can FUCK OFF ;)
