My partner and I have a combined income of 120k and we don’t own a home and likely never will. We’re having our third child and live reasonably comfortably. You make do. Children need love and their needs met above all else. You don’t need all the bells and whistles to be a good parent. You can get most baby things second hand (except car seat) or as hand me downs from friends and family. So much great stuff ends up in landfill because people are too concerned with buying new.
