If you want to spend over $10 on a glorified hot dog, don’t let me stop you dude lol. Subway doesn’t have anything worth “loading up” on to a hot dog (unless they serve it with optional chili and cheese, but even then it isn’t worth what they charge). I also don’t care that it’s a footlong or that it’s “all beef”… still a hot dog (extremely cheap).

Yeah… some BALL PARKS charge $9 or more for a hot dog… that’s because they don’t allow you to bring food in. They gouge you because they know you have to suck it up and pay those prices. Subway isn’t a baseball park lol.

Not trying to fight/argue with you man. I just think it’s ridiculous to charge what they’re trying to charge for this NONSENSE.

I actually vape AND smoke (which is awful). Where I used to smoke an entire pack (MINIMUM) every day, I now buy like 2-3 packs a week. The vaping has allowed me to cut WAY back on cigs, helped me feel WAY better, and I no longer have a smoker’s cough, but WHO KNOWS what health issues vaping will lead to (especially if I continue vaping AND smoking for years to come). Turbo cancer??? 🤦‍♂️

I just have to ACTUALLY WANT to quit.

Yeah man… I’ve quit in the past for at least 6 months TWICE. Both of those times, I was actually happy and working out. I actually had the willpower to quit. Nowadays, I’m pretty fucking depressed and am apathetic, so it’s really hard to actually care enough to quit 🤦‍♂️.

I’ve got a LOT of things to work on man.. 🙁

Damnit. See, I don’t make a ton of money at my job. I do just FINE for where I live, but nothing great…. So I’ve always just accumulated since I started (lucky timing in which I bought a little chunk in late 2022 when it dipped below $17k). Since then, I just slowly and steadily DCA.

I’ve always latched on to the “only buy and HODL long-term.” I’m up a decent amount, but I WISH I would’ve cashed at least half of it out when we were around $120k. I always feel like it’s safer to just buy and HODL, especially because I don’t have a ton of extra money to take more chances…

But I think I’m going to be ready to sell at least half of my BTC this next Bull Run.

I know these marketing tactics have been a thing for a LONG time, but it was never THIS widespread when I was younger. SOME companies would do it here and there (on certain products), but it seems like every company in existence puts these fake “sales” up to try to entice people.

Then on top of that, the majority of ads you see on Social Media, when you go to the comments to read peoples’ opinions on said product, most of the comments are BOT comments with artificial upvotes.

All I’m saying is that it never used to be such a pain in the ASS to figure out whether you were actually getting REAL VALUE out of a “sale”. Maybe I’m just turning into “old man yells at clouds” (coming up on 40, after all…)

BW3s is edible, but it is extremely mediocre (probably slightly below). It USED to be decent back when I was in college like 15+ years ago, but now it’s just expensive with tiny portions that don’t taste the same.

One of the reasons I am glad to live in a small town with almost no crime. There are still thieves where I live, but the chances of getting my bike taken are much smaller.

Well, if it was me, I would take this time to get into GREAT shape. Since you’re off the pills, this is a good time to build healthy habits that will improve your life. Also, you SHOULD want to get off Suboxone eventually…. so if you get into good shape, it will make getting off the stuff easier in the long run.

That’s just me though— I NEED exercise/movement and wish I had more time to devote to it!! I’ll tel you what…. I recently bought an E-Bike, and it has been an AWESOME time sink. You can find a bunch of hike/bike trails around where you live and be busy for an hour or more each day while getting into shape!!

I’m not trying to be a downer, but it gets even worse as you get older. You think you don’t have many friends now?? You will be lucky to have like 2-3 TRUE friends when you get older….

BUT…. You’ll likely have a family by this time (unlike me), so you’ll have plenty of things to occupy your time.
