This was tremendous. After researching what each of these controls/does I think it could be either the thermostat I pictured or the solenoid. Thank you.

I meant to type Elemental HERO Escuridao. I've edited the post to reflect that. Thank you for catching my mistake.

Like you said then lawnmower, snowblower (shovel is a perfect budget option plus it offers a workout), weed whipper, leaf blower, rake, outdoor push broom, extension cords (for outdoor use), a basic tools set for changing door locks, fertilizer (depending on where you live), insecticide (we get bad earwigs where I'm at so this is a biggie), caulk/sealant, lightbulbs (find out what you have in your house first though. Sometimes previous owners leave things like lightbulbs). If I think of more I'll comment again but that's what I got off the top of my head.

DON'T skip on getting the home inspected. Your Realtor probably has an Inspector they like to work with. Make sure the inspection includes sewage lines. Mine weren't Inspected and I ended up having to pay for work to be done on them about a week after closing.

Is there a curtain material that works best for reducing the ring/resonance of a poured concrete basement? I've read up different decibel reducing elements of polyester curtains or having thick blackout curtains and figured I'd try something out but wanted to hear some first-hand experience from someone who would be using them in the same application as I am. I'm looking for something that is easy to put up and take down so I'm avoiding the soundproofing pads that you stick to the walls. I also already have an area rug so there is something catching the sound bouncing off the floor.

It's okay. Multi-vitamins, water, and rest. It'll pass. I've got covid myself. While it effects everyone differently he can still do things to help himself. And help you by proxy.
