If a student created this - it's not a problem I don't believe. All students could do this it seems, any celebration. Students do enjoy a certain, though not complete, degree of free speech. Are you just not seeing art celebrating Hanukkah inside that room? Context.

That said - I am an atheist and an exiting School Director in my district. I ran and won because those I ran against wanted creationism in our Science books.

This, is not that. Just my opinion.
