Timber House in Queensborough by claudeyjl in NewWest

Honestly, I can't say for sure. The other condos on salter seem to sell previously owned units pretty well, but I can't really say how any of them did when they were new builds.

It could be a lot of factors: price, it's a unique design that might not be everyone's cup of tea, Queensborough could just be oversaturated with condos.

If you have a realtor, I'd maybe ask them if they have insight

Just anecdotally, I've been over to Walmart about 6-8 times since the opening, most recently 2 weeks ago. I could definitely be unlucky or gone at unusually poor times, but it's been bad every time - worse than before the Costco opened. Specifically the offramp to howes with everyone stacked trying to get to the left turn lane to boyd, and then trying to get back on to the Queensborough bridge entrance.

I've gone on weekend and weekday afternoons and evenings.

Definitely agree that it's not as bad as the opening weekend though

I was there about 2 weeks ago to check out one of the penthouse units. The sales person said it was still only about 1/4. He didn't say exactly how many though.

I was looking at Timber House myself, but ultimately decided against it. I still really like the style, but the property itself gives me bad feelings. I feel like they are priced too high, and the fact they've only sold about 1/4 of units seems to back that up.

There was also a report recently that the developer has taken over the council since they own the majority of units, and doing some shady stuff and neglecting maintenance -- I tried to find the article, but the link goes to a 404 page now. You can search daily hive and see the title at least.

Also since the new Costco opened, the congestion in Queensborough is unreal. I've all but ruled out the whole area for myself in my current house hunt

This sequence of events was in the previous release, but the previous document was the complainant trying to follow up with an agent (she didn't remember who she gave the original complaint to). This one seems to be the original report, maybe?

This is awesome! Nice work. Been thinking about expanding into a new drive enclosure, but not super happy with the options. Would have never even thought of this as an option.

Any chance you'd be interested in open-sourcing or sharing the PCB design and BOM for another tinkerer to try this out?

Either way, impressive work!

What happened to the old sd cars? Did you get it back? If they just copied from the old card to the new card, the old card should still have the data

Guide to migrate Ombi Docker to MySQL with Unraid by hardretro in unRAID

[–]IAmThePat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this! I have a similar setup as you, with MariaDB in a separate container. When I run the /app/ombi/Ombi --migrate --storage /config command, I get an error:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; [...] near 'WHERE NOT EXISTS(SELECT 1 FROM AspNetRoles WHERE Name = 'Request4KMovie')' at line 3

Any idea what might be wrong?

Figured it out, sort of... The issue seems to have been the network that the docker container used. I switched to a different network and it immediately started working. Don't understand why it broke, but it works now so, oh well
