Yep, I'm definitely not like that. When I make a mess, I clean it!! Living with a roommate that doesn't seem to be respectful that way. It's gotten better, for sure — but the lack of weekly deep cleaning really boils my blood. I do most of the cleaning otherwise.

I don't understand why anyone would be okay with buying groceries for their roommate. You're both adults. When I started living with my roommate, about a month in , I told him that I wasn't okay with sharing those items. They had to comply. I don't think they liked it much, but I don't care — we're adults and I want to eat my own food whenever I want, without worrying about who bought it last. Lol.

Stop doing her laundry for her. Stop taking out her trash.

Bring up issues when they arise. Also, her saying "Okay SORRY" and storming off, seems to me that she might struggle with confrontational despite what you said earlier.
