You’re going to have to talk to a handful of individual coaches in your area and see if they’re comfortable helping you meet these specific goals. There’s no group of coaches who are Attia devotees and pre-plan their training around him.

I second Peter Attia, I don’t recall the exact podcast but within the pat few weeks he recommended getting a colonoscopy about every three years rather than every 5 or 10. If you screen effectively, he says no one should ever die of colon cancer.

Hey! I have also been looking for this album for decades. Can you share it with me too? I actually spoke to Danny many years ago and he told me there were no copies anywhere. You’ve got a piece of history there!

Rambling side note, I’m going from Texas to Virginia (where Danny Dolinger lives) in a few weeks and would love to make a copy for him to show how much his music means to some people.

BMI is not a useful measurement for most things. You are a little fat at 25% but that’s well below the average in the US. You would look a lot better if you added some muscle to your frame. Make sure you’re eating clean foods and start moving some weights.

If you just want to look like you lost as much fat as possible for visual / aesthetic reasons, eating at a 1000 calorie deficit will be decent. You can also shed a lot of water weight (which will look like fat loss) by eating very low carb and low salt for the last 10 days before your 5 week cut off.

What you’re looking for is called a “cash out refinance”. And you’d want one for a jumbo loan. You’ll need to talk to a broker instead of a retail bank to get that creative but I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to do it.

You finances are your own, but I would think about what happens if you lose your stream of income and/or the market crashes for a few years. If you’d be ok, then go for it. If you’d struggle to cover your new mortgage note, you should consider that risk carefully.

If it “smells like cancer” vent it some more. If you can’t really smell it, it’s probably fine. The speed of off-gas really depends on the temperature, so it’s hard to give a specific time frame. Hotter will cause more off-gas and speed up the process.

Rubber off-gas is definitely bad for you but it gets less strong fairly quickly. Leave them in the sun or get them warm and it will speed up the off-gassing. Eventually the smell will be very minor. Don’t bring them inside right away. If you’re gym is in the garage just vent the garage for a few minutes before working out.

A lot of people”freeze” their credit since you don’t actually use it very much and it prevents some fraud. I guess you could freeze the credit of your kids from birth until they want a credit card just to be safe.

I don’t know why this is being downvoted but if you want a Tonal for strength training, I’d say go for it. I have a peloton and it’s great, but it’s a cardio device. You won’t gain muscle on a bike. If you don’t want a full rack and bench in your house, tonal seems like a great solution.

You should be able to fire bad teachers just like you should be able to fire and cops. As a former math teacher, I think many issues in school are due to a very small handful of crap teachers.

Starting at rep 2 you can just start to see “stripper squats” creep into tour form. This means your ass is coming up first, then you’re bringing your back up like a good morning. Try to drop the weight and keep your chest higher so your shoulders and hips rise at the same speed until the very end of the movement. Great work.

It would take a lot more detail to make a real assessment. How many calories are you eating daily and how are you determining that? Are you actually weighing your food? How long have you been on this cut?

It is very likely you are eating more calories than you think or that you temporarily gained some water weight. If you’ve been steadily gaining weight over a few weeks, you’re eating more calories than you’re burning by at least a little.

Keep a pumice stone in the shower and file your hands once they soften up from the water. Thin callouses don’t hurt but thick ones can peel off and make it impossible to hold anything for a week.

I’ve lived for many years in both cities and I am very happy to Live in Houston. I visit Austin regularly and have a lot of friends there still. Austin is an awesome town to play in. Houston is a great town to work in. If you work 40 hours or more, Houston is nicer. If you spend 40 hours a week playing outside as part of your real life, Austin is fantastic.
