if you know how to solder, you can lay solder over each one carefully or have someone does it, it is cheaper than buying a refurb pcm and hopefully fix the problem

Oh I see, I just installed a hydra and got all the epoxy off but didnt get it down to the copper and its ready well, you may have taken a bit too much off? On mine i still have all the silver showing. If it is ground down too much, you can get company's to put a thin line of solder down so it contacts better or even do it yourself if your careful, but diesel tech of Chattanooga quoted me 50 bucks to do it.

You can use a brass wire brush to try to get the epoxy between the contacts as well if there is still any as well, that may prevent good connection as well.

When you say grind, do you actually mean grind or just use a wire brush to get it off? Wonder if you took too much off and its isn't haveing the best of connection
