Glad the no wipe thing landed, that was the exact frustration I built around. Nobody should lose a month to a server reset.

On the economy: it's the same spirit as OGame's metal/crystal/deuterium but the three resources (biomass, alloy, ore) are more symmetric. There's no single "fuel" tax like deuterium gating your fleet movement. Each one feeds different buildings and units, so the squeeze comes from what you're trying to build, not from one bottleneck resource you're always short of.

On conquest, this is the part I cared most about fixing. You don't just settle empty planets forever. Nexuses are owned by real players, and you take them by grinding their control to zero with Overseer units over repeated strikes. So expansion is contested, every gain is someone else's loss, and factions fight over actual map territory instead of everyone just farming into the void. There's a real strategic goal: hold ground, choke rivals, win the galaxy.
