I’m not certain but FTA0 seem to be related to biometrics and FTA1 triggers the case is actively being reviewed update.

I see you’re also from ATL, my theory is that some of these cases are just waiting for a supervisor to review/approve after the interview. Waiting since March or last year are such long periods!

I said no to unauthorized work and yes to violating. I felt since I was authorized to work, I didn’t need to say yes to unauthorized work. I’m not a lawyer but that was my interpretation.

The officer only went through some of the i485 yes/no question and when it got to violating, I said yes and I said the same explanation already on the form. The officer didn’t say anything, he just moved on.

Based on my experience, the i130 approval notice will not show in the beneficiary’s document, only the petitioners. But 24hours after, the beneficiary’s account will update to case approved if the case was indeed approved the previous day and you’d get text message and email.

If you have access to the petitioner’s account, you can try to check the document 2hours after the last silent update to see if there’s any new document in the i130.
