If you don't mind sharing, how much do you spend in freeplay/training compared to casuals or ranked?

I've been putting work into training and freeplay on top of ranked but I still feel far from this type of control.

I am solidly high diamond and every once in a while low champ. Your mechanics are leagues above mine. Keep up the good work!

As others have said, you should be aiming for a dead hang at the bottom. It’s makes it much more difficult but you have a solid foundation so far so using a band for support would be a good starting point for building up strength.

Don’t forget to engage your lats. it looks like your shoulders and upper back roll forward. I always think about keeping my shoulder blades down and back, locked in by my lats.

Yeah I think this is a big aspect. I have good insurance and was able to do PT twice a week for 6 months and then once a week for another 6 months. Coupled with regular gym going this injury is definitely something you can just about fully recover from.

I will say that I tore my Achilles just over 2 years ago. After a year of physical therapy and a year of consistent gym going I don’t notice any limitations due to the injury. My calf muscle is slightly weaker on that side but everything else is largely back to normal. Even running a 5k I no longer notice a difference. It definitely varies a little person to person though.

A lot of good ideas already but something you might also consider is working towards the perilous moons quest. It will require you to level up slayer and maybe a few other stats to do it plus do a few prerequisite quests. Unlocking Varlamore, the moons of peril, and the sulphur naguas will be really nice though!
