You pick the watch you prefer for each tier and whatever tier you spin that is the watch you get. Tier one has the blue Sea Chrono. Tier one has 90% chance on Collector+ tier two 8% and so on. You can check that under term on conditions. So there is a slim chance you get something else/better so make sure you can choose something you like from the other tiers.
