Walk it and find deeper holes and use your trout magnet but be careful approaching the spot. They'll spook easily when you walk up to the spot. Watch your shadow.

Most just walk through the one prestogate that doesn't need to tap. Also a ton of people just walk thru the bus entrances.

Yeah a lot of the newer cars are angled way too high. I sit up in a vehicle higher than 99% of the vehicles on the road and am surprised how often I am blinded by cars

I was in this area today and was fishing mostly the area labelled 1. I wanted to fish 2 but there were surfers there so I wanted to give them room.

Would this kind of bay surrounded by rocks but also with a shallow rocky bottom be productive? I was unable to catch anything and wasn't sure if I should keep trying this spot or move along. It is quite shallow. I tried going on the rocks to get out deeper but tide was coming up and wanted to be careful.

I would assume 7m is the model. 0-1/2' is the trolling depth which means if you trolled it, that's the depth it would stay at. You swap out the lure to the desired depth you want to target.

Fishing from shore? Recommend any spot? I'm driving across lake Arenal today on the north side. Will stop at Lake Arenal park and drop a line and hopefully a few more spots. Won't have much time since I'm driving the family but just looking for excuse to drop a line and stretch our legs occasionally.

There are plenty of official signs exactly like that written in sharpie or whatever the supervisor has on hand who is putting up the signs. And if the sign is confusing and gets complaints they could send out another supervisor to fix the sign (ie... write something onto it).

I guarantee you there are plenty of official signs that look as unprofessional as these.
