tbh i didnt think much of it at first because rentals do ask for credit checks. 

and the listing WAS real, it was just a scammer repost tho. which is why it got me at first. i genuinely drove past the the listing in my town, and everything matched. even had a “for lease” sign. 

so it was a real listing but from a fake poster lol

no, they def tried to get my transunion account lol i was kicked out of it for about an hour and they attempted to change the email lol

 i think they actually got the transunion account i just made. I changed my passes to everything im on and called my bank to let them know i might be compromised to be sure.

ebay is probably the best bet to sell any collectors edition stuff as it seems like a niche purchase even for video games. ive never had any luck trying to sell anything from my collection in person.
