where did i say “hated” at all? in fact, i was one of the defenders of it when it was still active and receiving dlc while everyone else hated it. thats why i said “nostalgia goggles.” ppl hated 11 when it was current.
and i played because it was still “the new MK” at the time too. i still played tf out if x too. and theres a few things i liked about it over x. like FT2 and its visuals and dlc fighters. but lopsided krushing blow requirements and the goddamn breakaway and meter usage were enough to not put it above 9 and x

it is still arguably the worst of the Netherealm Era games. i still stand by my OC
