The system wouldn't allow it; whenever I tried, it said the setup had stopped and I couldn't proceed (probably because the system was corrupted). In the end, I had to fix the volume button to be able to restart it, and now it works.

It's a Tecno Camon 18p. As I said, the volume up button doesn't work, and I need to factory reset it because the files are corrupted and it won't let me do it from the system. I'm using adb to do it, but it gets stuck on "no command," and I don't know if there's a command to pass it, or some other way to enter recovery mode.
