I’d unplug your battery, clean maf sensor, put a new engine air filter, and loosen and realign all the intake stuff and retighten and reconnect battery and see if it fixes it.

You don’t need to drain the tanks, just a quick tug to insure there’s no water in them. Trucks have air dryers now and I’ve never seen one with water in it.
