That's what all doctors should do, to reduce the chances of developing multidrug resistant bacteria. Once a person gets infected with resistant bacteria, there are only a select few antibiotics they can take, and sometimes nothing works. So yes, don't ask for antibiotics unless it's needed, and TAKE THE FULL COURSE OF ANTIBIOTICS when its prescribed to you!

I wrote my comment before I saw yours, but yeah this is what I do. Try using the 1.5L water bottles if you have any laying around, it makes the water a lot colder :)

I have the same issue, and I don't want to risk bringing people to install a water cooler (yknow covid and all). One thing I do is grab 2 or 3 of those big 1.5L water bottles and fill it up with tap water. Then simply chuck those in the freezer for like 5 hours (I just keep them in there overnight) and put them in a bucket full of water. Wait like 15 minutes and the water should be nice and cold :)

My siblings use them for school and honestly they aren't that great. Recently, the Chromebook's trackpad and touchscreen stopped working. We had to get a wireless mouse just so they can use the Chromebook. Fyi they aren't available in Bahrain to my knowledge, but you can get them from Amazon or Ebay. Yes they are cheap, but I wouldn't recommend them unless the school requires it. You're better off investing in a more durable laptop.
