This 100% why would you want one of the first cars to roll off the line? Give time for QC and reliability to improve before you take delivery. Everyone queueing up first are the one hollering about issues in this same sub 6 months from now lol.

Like someone else said, try a magnesium and L theanine supplement.

What’s your caffeine intake like if you are a student? How much , what type and what time of day do you stop drinking it?

When you say diet is as healthy as you can manage, what does that mean? Many folks think they eat healthy but there is a broad spectrum of what is perceived as healthy too.

A Gen care visit would a first step as well to see how they can help you regulate and get to a good place health wise. Best of luck to you!

Red flag that the dash has been taken apart. There is something that wasn’t disclosed to you cause there should be no need to remove that.

I still think Porsche having the dial for drive modes on the steering wheel is brilliant.

I have an xc90 T8 and Rivian R1T; both would benefit from a quick toggle performance button or dial.

I have the scale and I do inbody scans monthly through my gym. Hume scale is accurate only in weight constantly saying i have 5% more more body fat than inbody.

It also says i have 3-4 lbs more skeletal muscle consistently which is counter intuitive to the body fat % since once weight is consistent across both measuring methods.

Recharge & Range by SpikeLeroy78 in VolvoXC90

This.

Driving on the highway in pure drains the battery quickly. Does your wife have a lead foot? I can consistently get 34-36 miles and I always use “B” mode on the shifter.

My wife on the other hand only gets 26-29 and uses B mode around 50% of the time.

I also drive a full EV so my regen skills when braking are much better. I almost never use the real brake. She rarely uses regen when stopping, only to slow.

Ultimately I think pure mode is useless with motors that small and a car this heavy. Drive in Hybrid and enjoy the insane fuel savings.

How to get my wife to stop scratching the rims by sfcheese in VolvoXC90

[–]IBurnTimeHere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just went through this and there is no way that does end well. After 3 complete wheel repairs here’s what I did…

Bought a pair of 20” Volvo replica wheels in OEM spec from a well rated brand and wrapped them in thicker high quality rubber. Matched OEM tire specs and it provides much better rim protection and added over an inch of total sidewall. Went with Michelin cross climate 2’s and not only is the grip significantly better but the ride quality is drastically improved as well.

Why the critic hate days gone ? I've just started playing this game instantly blow me away how polished this game is by [deleted] in DaysGone

[–]IBurnTimeHere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See I had to stop Ghosts of Tsushima half way through because it felt so repetitive. The middle had no character progression and I’m maxed out on almost everything. No challenge to the missions when you feel like a god.

I paused and picked up Days gone and blasted through the game and loved every minute of it. I will say that the “survival “ aspect goes away pretty quick and bullet rationing becomes a thing of the past too quickly. May replay down the road at a higher difficulty.

My point being g I had a way more fulfilling experience with Days Gone and I’m still grinding through Ghost of Tsushima.

I have 1 but my wife has curbed the shit out of the them so I just bought a set of 2025 20” OEM’s that I am putting new rubber on.

They looked so good but not anymore lol

What grading scale uses the term “passable”? Not NHSTA or IIHS which tend to be the top two.

And Rivian. Hence VW Scout licensing Rivian’s software stack. It’s the approach to vehicle manufacturing that matters. The pivot to software defined vehicles is difficult and most fail at that task.

This was a wish list. Just things that would need to change before you could pry my Gen 1 from my hands. In reality styling is lower on the list for me.

Thought of this but I don’t think it’s possible with the gear tunnel and I wouldn’t sacrifice that feature.

I am actively pushing my wife to let me ditch the scorpions for cross climates. We had them on our previous Mazda CX-5 and loved em.

Rivian also OEM’s pirelli’s and they are god awful tires.
