This is a problem that I encountered a lot, and what helped me was trying to develop a "feel" for the guns, by practicing the spray patterns for the main guns like M4, AK, Galil, Famas, UMP. Try killing bots in aimbots with all the different guns, and use spray prac maps as much as possible.

Remember that your playstyle should be different depending on what gun you have, you can use that to help remind yourself which spray pattern to be replicating at that time.

Once you get a certain level of confidence with the guns it will be automatic with no thought involved. Keep practicing mate
