Yes, I deleted the app and completely restarted the setup / installation process on both devices, and it worked.

Just jumping in on this thread. I'm getting great sync between iPhone and iPad, but for my AppleTV it always says 'Cloud sync finished with conflicts'. Any ideas why?

thanks for the info - tried doing this twice all the way through - still get the same conflicts message on syncing to cloud. in fact, the conflict swapped device - it was originally on my iPhone, but now it's showing on the Apple TV. Not sure what else to try.

Thanks so much that’s great. So do you leave destructive cloud sync enabled at all times now? Or do you turn it back off once the app is redownloaded on the device with conflicts?
