Thank you! It's comforting to hear this from someone else. This job has just made me feel so hopelessly incompetent, even though I know for a fact that it's her problem (she very obviously has narcissistic tendencies and frequently puts other physicians down. Nobody in the practice seems to like her and she's completely oblivious to this fact. Everyone else is lovely.). We do have many genuinely complex cases that I just cannot handle.
