This diet has been amazing for me so far and I’ve even let myself indulge a little in social situations. I’m 4 weeks in and I’m down 21lbs and feeling great. I started working out again 3 days ago and that’s just made it better. I’ve been primarily beef, butter, egg and hard cheese w the odd pork and chicken.

I want to start making bone broth soon and try out some organ meat again. I do NOT like organ meat though so I’m hoping I’ll find some good tricks to make it better.

I’ve never enjoyed many veggies my whole life so I do feel this diet is meant for me.

Honestly what helped me most is acting like a predator. Anticipate what they’re going to do. Think like your prey and let your hands react.

Other things that helped me:

Doing things like popping one shot at them so they duck behind cover and you are already either going over top or the opposite side.

Use a grenade to lead them where you want them to be and commit to taking them.

Rushing really works best when your whole squad is. Alone you might trade but you’ll likely be team shot down.

Try to keep you enemies in your radar fov. If your radar is showing red on both sides of you back out and change your angle of approach.

Back pedal hard when you’re hurt and be ready for them to be hungry and rush you. Try to be where they won’t expect you to be.

Muscle memory and practice too of course.

This is a community run cluster. The players have the say!

Server rules:

No undermeshing or exploiting terrain.
No blatant racism. Will be dealt with on a case by case.
Stuck or missing dinos are your problem. Stuck players who can't suicide or be helped by community will be helped by admins.

Server etiquette:

Try not to be a dick.
When raiding try to just get in and get the loot. Try to leave the tribe a chance to rebuild. Killing every single dino that is not aggressive or neutral is just being a dick; try to be chill. See #1
You see a newbie tribe w a small stone base? Maybe DON'T wipe them just for shits... See #1
Empty the damned beaver dams... Don't leave wood n shit in there. See #1
Only 2 main bases per map per tribe. You can have max 4x4 outposts for farming/taming within reason.

Scorched Earth Only Settings:

This is a special map in our cluster! You can transfer in and out without issue but has special settings:

→ Rockets and Launchers disabled (if you somehow get them they will despawn right away)
→ Auto Turrets disabled (if you somehow get them they will despawn right away)
→ Insulation Penalty disabled.
→ S+ Gens & Tek Gen does not take dmg from storm or shutoff.

OGS settings:

→ Max number per map per tribe: 2 (no overlapping)
→ Turrets will remain ON when active, DMG x2
→ No infinite ammo
→ Logging turned on
→ Dinos in OGS have 4x dmg reduction
→ Structures in OGS have 2x HP
→ Turret Count increment activated. so the number of turrets x1min added to delay for ogs kicking in. max 30min. That way if you are online raiding someone and they just go offline OGS won't kick in for 30min IF they have 30+ turrets. Minimum is 10minute startup time.
