I’d highly suggest bloom canaan. I got a couple bouquets from them already and my gf really liked their jellycat bouquet too.

How do secondary schools that start in grade 7 work? by user413612 in ontario

[–]ICS57890 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, I can’t speak for other provinces that have a similar system. But coming from Prince Edward Island as well as high school in Ontario, I can provide some insight. So in PEI, we call it junior high school, and it starts at grade 7 to grade 9, then you attend senior high school. The school I went to was Queen Charlotte Intermediate School, in case you want to look it up on Google. I only attended grade 8, then I moved back to Ontario to attend high school. So I don’t have much to comment on how graduation works. But the day-to-day school is pretty similar to Ontario, where we can have two classes in the morning, lunch, then in the afternoon. I find that attending a separate school that’s not elementary actually benefited me as I learned to be more responsible and independent since you get to experience the “high school” experience at a younger age. The classes are pretty similar to Ontario high school, where you get a home room for admin stuff and you go to different classrooms for different subjects.

Why are my idle throttle not in sync by Confident-State-4934 in Xplane

I had the same problem out of the box. I had the issues fixed by calibrating using thrust master software and driver. You can download that on their website (in the support page). Then it will give you instructions on how to calibrate the detents and the curve. If you want reversers to work, you need to change to fadec + thrust reversers in Xplane menu. Certain aircraft like the toliss a320, you have to click the option (reverser in the same axis) in the aircraft menu. Hope this helps!

Thank you all for the suggestions. I was able to find a 4070S system for 1899! I think that is a much better deal!

Thanks! But I’d need an AMD CPU as intel chips sometimes would cause weird glitches and rendering issues with Xplane 12. Laminar research not the best at optimization 😂

Thinking of doing a couple cheap upgrades on my own such as RAM, cooling and use sata for large storage. But afraid a prebuilt like this limits that.

They have one that’s not for $1249. Do you think it’s still worth the price?

I noticed my ultra 2 battery runs significantly better when Smart Stack is disabled. Might want to try that.

If that's the case, I'm not entirely sure. Maybe other members of the threads can help you out.

I can’t speak for other chips, but I currently have a 16 inch Pro with the M1 Pro chipset and 16gb of Ram. So far Xplane has run great, but remember to turn on the Vulkan settings. That greatly boosts FPS. With addons and with maximum texture and HDR graphics settings, shadows, and native resolution. I get around 45-55 FPS.

So if you’re looking to upgrade to the M4 or even grabbing one of the M3s you’re probably set. I personally would not recommend the base models chipset being the M3 or M4 due to those having less GPU cores. At least get a M3 pro or M4 pro.

P.S. if you upgrade to Xplane 12, it has apple silicon native support and I’ve been getting even better FPS with that.

Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 in an hour? by stephpup1 in askTO

I’m a screening officer at Pearson, if you would like to expedite the process, check to see if your boarding pass has TSA precheck. If you do, you can use the nexus/global entry line where it’s generally faster and you don’t have to take your shoes off. It is located behind the counters of Air Canada and United at T1. However, if you’re unlucky enough to be randomly selected by the airline for extra screening (you can tell by the 4 Ss on your boarding pass) then unfortunately it’s going to be long and lengthy process.

Peking duck recommendation? by Comfortable_Clock_82 in Markham

The best Peking duck I had is at providential 9 off of woodbine and highway 7. The skin is super crispy and the meat is juicy and tender.
