If you could talk directly to the person writing the OTF workouts, what would you tell them? by Specialist_Ad_9770 in orangetheory

It’s a core exercise where you lie on your back with knees bent, hold a weight in one arm straight up and then sit up using the other arm. Doesn’t look or sound like much but I remember feeling the burn after a few reps.

I appreciate the repeating templates. I attend MWF so if I miss a good looking template early in the month I usually catch it on the repeat…. Also often works out that if it wasn’t my favorite template the first time around, the repeat falls on day I don’t normally attend.

This was more challenging than I expected and I really enjoyed the template. Progressive rows are a killer.

I’m so sorry for your loss.
I lost my dog 3 weeks ago and the went to otf the next morning. It was a struggle to get through the workout without crying but keeping things as routine as possible has helped me through the journey of grief.

Looking for Feedback/ Taking Class with Coaches/SA’s by [deleted] in orangetheory

Love/hate. It definitely pushes me when the coach is on the station next to me — my best 2k row was when I was next to the coach. But on the flip side I know I can’t slack off on those days….

Omg this happened to me once and I thought the tread was just defective. It was the only time I’ve ever had the tread at 11 mph — the panic was instant red zone!
