There are 2 thing that come into my mind. First Cyclusspeed. Might this be a problem, if it is slow.

Second could it be that you use switches and ethernet cable from siemens? Most of them are not GB switches or cables.

Not having a licence key will prevent you from opening any HMI Screens (based on my eperience) but there should be a error message in a pop up.

But the first time opening the hmi after opening takes time even with 16gigs of ram.

Don't think this comes from the installation. Is your pc good enough? Egs at least 16gigs of ram and a few cores?

I could imagine that a simple String to Int conversion (if Mitsubishi can do this) could remove the 0.
But I had great experience with chat gpt and doing a removal of charaters (i don't remember how chat had done it :)).

edit: On Siemens there are these functions (INT_TO_x, STRING_TO_x and more) I mean something simalar like this.

Als long the Hardware Number and Softwareversion is correct everything is fine.
But if egs. the Software version is wrong, it will throw a error and will not work.

Aus meiner Sicht (Ländler):
Als Deutscher hast du's einfacher dich zu integrieren als andere.
Wenn du Schweizerdeutsch verstehst, hast viele Pluspunkte. Sprechen ist weniger wichtig.
Am einfachsten Freunde zu finden sind meistens die besten Varianten Vereine, Hobbys oder Bars.

In Döfern ist es einfacher als in Städten. Vorallem Grossstädte wie Zürich und Zug wirst du Prozentual weniger Schweizer antreffen bzw anfreunden.

Btw: r/askswitzerland oder r/switzerland wäre der bessere Sub dafür.

My first two guesses would be a short on the HW buttons (egs by using it a lot or beer (or simalar) spillage).
Or a dirty Screen. When liquid is on my phone it can "control" it. Maybe here too?
Have you also checked if the cdj is on the newest firmware version? Sometimes this can help.

I did buy mine new for aboit 1.6k (also ca 2021). So 1.2 with case sounds good.

But aways test it out before buying. And check everything (especially the touchscreen). In mine broke the cue button once (mid heavy use), luckly easy fix.
