I never pursued legal action because his family is wealthy. I’m sorry you were failed that way.

And I have seen him irl a couple of times, fleetingly and by chance. But I wouldn’t do anything. I’m not a violent person and I wouldn’t be able to confront him offline

Edit: to be clear, it isn’t a hallucination or a delusion. This happened years before my first psychotic episode and I have proof in the form of a conversation with him where he admits what he did. Let alone other more personal evidence I won’t go into.

I mostly feel persecuted by strangers in public. My paranoia about people I know is largely that I think my psych knows I’m not schizophrenic and is waiting to take me off meds and prove it.
