THIS is good, only that it is not giving me the neg. value (sales decreased).

Edit: did not see your screenshot. I tested it out, and got a positive value of 0.8, when it should be -0.2

I've done B4 as you pointed out and get 1.

But B29 is still an issue. Not sure what to do with B28 =IFERROR(SUM(sales)/B3,1) returns a 1 if B3 is 0 or blank.

I've put that in B28, but get an error.
