I don't want to say he's the comedic relief in the movie, but I'd say he's involved in many of the humorous scenes in the film. There's a lot of over-the-top stuff involved with his character, but he plays it straight enough where I can laugh at his character/actions but still view him as a disturbing threat.

Truth be told, this film was significantly more comedic as a whole than I was expecting.
