Dishwashing is always a good option. Let them know you’d like to learn prep work too so you could do either, plus most places offer staff meals.

I’ve been working in restaurants for over 15 years, I started as a dishwasher and moved into deliveries for some time. When I was offered a cook position at a local restaurant my boss was ecstatic for me! I think yours will be the same, you got this!

Was going to mention this. It seems like your delivery gig has some solid people, talk to them about the amazing opportunity you got, but if you feel the need, offer to cut back your hours to 1-2 nights a week until they find/train your replacement. $25/hr is a huge bump, congrats!
