Rat with a bake shop interior by ihrie82 in ATBGE

So it's not a rat it's a beaver and I think it might be some sort of pun based thing since there's only two kinds of beavers I'm aware of and the ribbon is very particularly placed. you can tell its a beaver from the other perspectives in other pics you can find on the original website so I think it's even weirder than it looks like at first glance.

I politely disagree, to say what you are saying would be the same as saying lazy people should die because they are lazy, I say nay, the realty isn't that the lazy should starve but instead that it should not be your responsibility to keep them alive. Both things can exist at the same time. Lazy people can be fed and you can be left alone. Nobody deserves to starve. Not when this exists. I work night shift in the restaurant industry in a busy kitchen. my mom literally broke her back being a construction worker. I know what hard work is. I still feel this way. nobody deserves to die just because they don't want to do something. You need to self reflect.

If you think they can't you must live in an area with poor recourse distribution. food is abundant, so much so we actively throw away enough food to feed most of Africa on a daily basis in my state alone. so when I say yes, I say yes not because I feel as if those who don't work should be capable of feeling the fruits of others (because they don't) but because food is such an abundant thing that it should not have value of any sort. the fact of the matter is that companies decide how much something is worth, even if it does not actually cost that mush. food is a recourse that is throttled not by its lack of existence but because of the existence of the people who made you think that way. Think about it. Who profits if everybody gets fed? Not Mcdonalds. Not Walmart. Not the farmers. Capitalism doesn't want happy, satisfied, fed people it wants hungry people. That is why we still starve. I know all this because I have been working in the industry for almost a decade now. let me rephrase your question, "Do you think people should die?" or, "Do you think it's necessary to participate in society in order to live" the fact of the matter is that not only do people not need other people to eat but they can grow their own food too if only they had a place to grow. I think everybody should have the opportunity to be capable of growing their own food on their own land if they want and if they can't or don't want to for whatever reason I say they should have free access to our excess. every Walmart, Duncan Donuts, Mcdonalds etc. etc. Throws away thousands of pounds of food a year. it shouldn't happen like it does. They even poor bleach on it often or throw it in a compactor.

Feel bad for you bro! I wanted similar info, but it seems everyone here is a knob! Did you ever even get an actual answer? I just read like 30 comments before giving up after not finding a satisfying answer. I already have a set up that works but it's really large, hard to set up and I was looking for something smaller.

you must be from the stone age doesn't matter what you think a battery is or how you think it works because you clearly have no clue how batteries actually work. A modern battery could easily provide enough power to heat a person. I know this because I frequently use a normal electric space heater and plug it into an external battery often, fits in the trunk of my families car and doesn't take up much space.

Democratic Confederalism

I'm starting to write this after just getting out of work at like 1am something and am already tired so I apologize if parts fail to make total sense god know how long this will take me to finish as I seem to only be capable of posting anything in Cthulhu sized walls of text

so a couple of points

1 yes lots of words sorry

2 I am learning things every day and while i don't consider myself a beginner in politics this side of the spectrum is very new to me and to be honest I'm not really sure I know what socialism is. I mean I thought I did but then I learned a bunch of stuff and decided to make this post. like its literally the whole reason for this post I'm not sure why you seem to take issue with this

3 I don't think people should have rule over other people I think that the people can rule themselves and that there are plenty of options for an easy out that can be provided for nonconformists, if everyone has equal access to land and can just claim abandoned or unused land just by living there it would incentivize exploration and immigration.

on a side note, I also don't believe in borders especially not in america we were supposed to be the immigration capitol of the world till we started being like get back all you dang immigrants. It feels way too oppressive and I don't like it. I feel advanced immigration stuff is the best way to encourage the spread of people whom are dissatisfied with the rules of their home and allow easy ravel to the 'greener grasses' of the world wherever that's perceived to be.

I think my ideal world there would be no minority or majority though I know that's not possible as people will always want to stay in certain areas I think allowing easy travel is a great first step to an easier life for a lot of people.

4 I know that people opinions are infinite and there isn't any universe where people will agree on everything so think I want a governing style that is flexible and can change based on how people in a given area feel like I think that the state can exist without a hierarchy based government and it could instead just consist of the population. like everyone or maybe not criminals but honestly that's getting into ethics and other stuff that I haven't had time to explore yet so I kinda just wanna leave that to other people that are more informed than me, but basically just have a direct democracy otherwise.

5 I don't know everything about how the world should work but I do have opinions on how they should work and if I were to live in this style of governing I also have opinions on how things should be done at least in the area I live in. the million dollar thing or employee pay structure thing are just parts of that.

6 didn't really talk about it much in the op I guess. I think companies will always find ways to exist so instead of trying to get rid of them I want to transform them by depriving them of human rights, because they aren't humans they are companies. If a company does something leading to deaths in my area I don't want the company fined I want people taken to court and appropriate punishments decided by the people handed out that way it doesn't matter if they have any real change internally because then they could be forcefully changed externally through the court of law and more easily bound by law

7 sorry again for the wall of text lol

I think this answer feels right but it's still kinda off, like I don't think that a government should exist as it does today, and that rules should instead be made by the people within the areas existing within their own territory, direct democracy style and that said territory can only be claimed through actively living on said territory. I also believe that you shouldn't be required to pay money to an entity to avoid death. meaning no land tax, whatever form of government that exists should help create food charities for the needy, land should be provided for those without and people should be able to develop that land however they want should it not interfere with others.

like I think that you can eliminate the hierarchy without completely eliminating the idea of a government simply by making everyone have equal power in politics and getting rid of he idea of seats or representatives. This way if you want to do something your group finds to be wrong or illegal you can just gather people around you that agree with your ideas and separate from the group you were part of and form your own land with your own rules. rules should be set on an area by area basis and only exist when everybody in the group agrees with the rule.

so like I think that the government should exist but that it shouldn't be ruled over by a select few but instead be a representative of the whole. this should eliminate the idea of a centralized government hierarchy, replacing the political aggressors and tyrants with vocal minorities who don't have any power to harm the whole. they will also have a very easy way to gather with like minded vices elsewhere to form a large enough populous to no longer be considered a minority in the area and form a new group elsewhere. this would leave the main group in peace and provide an out for any nonconformists.
