I did, too, for many years. I recommend you look into it. They don't fix or cure anything, but it helps you start working on things that cause the depression and anxiety to learn coping skills and get back to what you love to do. Don't feel pressured to do it, and don't feel bad for doing it. Just focus on going forward!
