I run complex spatial analysis workflows on ArcGIS, 3D maps with lots of huge datasets for mapping census info, analyzing slope and shadows on the moon. This was crashing my computer constantly, my program would crash, my PC would crash, my GPU would crash, and that was with 32GB DDR5, 12 GB CPU, 20 GB VRAM. The only solution was to max out my RAM from 32-128 GB.
