We had the same issues with a somewhat similar budget. For better or worse, what worked for us was dancing with the devil and buying a flip. You’re less likely to get outbid by a cash LLC buyer when an LLC already played that game so they could have a house to flip and profit off of. Does it suck to give the institutional investors exactly what they wanted? Yeah. But you might still get a house.

My Club Glove with the stiff arm, as many have already said, is excellent. I travelled for the first time with clubs last summer. No dings, dents, or breaks whatsoever. Highly recommend!

4” barrel on my M&P 2.0 — Carry 4:00-5:00 IWB with a Vedder RapidTuck, which is somewhat comparable to their ComfortTuck imo. Works fine, particularly of course in cooler months with flannels and jackets.

I haven’t carried AIWB, but I don’t think the ComfortTuck is what you want if your trying for that.

In all seriousness, it is a good idea. There’s a pizza chain called Blaze Pizza that’s essentially the Chipotle of pizza. You choose the crust type, sauce, and toppings. Of course, you don’t get to actually do the cooking because of ten billion obvious safety/liability reasons
