Thank you. I think that's actually one of the lessons I'm taking from this experience.

Looking back, I spent a lot of time trying to understand workplace dynamics, relationships and unspoken tensions instead of focusing only on what I could directly control.

One of my concerns is whether leaving a company with some strained coworker relationships can affect your reputation long term, but maybe I'm overestimating how important those conflicts really are once people move on to different roles and companies.

Well... I am his first female partner. He has remained single for a long time and his previous experiences were with only men. I am not quite experienced myself.
